Terms of Service

By accessing or using BBLoom, you ("the User", "the Member" or "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (the "Agreement") and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with all the terms and conditions, you must not use the Website.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to register as a Member and use the Website. Minors are strictly prohibited from using the Platform. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this immovable minimum age requirement and that you will not use the Service for any illegal purpose.

BBLoom has a zero-tolerance policy toward prostitution, "escort" services, human trafficking or "compensated companionship".

You may not use this Platform to promote, solicit, hire or recruit clients for any compensated sexual service, direct or indirect. Any profile or message that suggests, demands or accepts a transactional or financial arrangement in exchange for intimacy or companionship services will be immediately and permanently blocked, with no right to a refund. We proactively and unreservedly cooperate with law enforcement to comply with the U.S. FOSTA-SESTA legislation and the relevant international laws on trafficking.

BBloom operates under a "freemium" model with two profile types ("Attractive Users" and "Successful Users"). Registration and certain basic features are free, while full access requires a Premium Membership (paid subscription).

Automatic Renewal: Your monthly Premium subscription (e.g. USD 70 per month) will renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle, at the same applicable cost, unless you cancel the subscription before the expiration date.

Cancelling the Renewal: You may cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription at any time by going directly to your Account Settings on the Platform.

By operating on a "freemium" basis, all users can evaluate the basic features for free before deciding to purchase a Premium plan. For this reason, all payments and purchases are FINAL, NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE, with the sole exception of withdrawal rights mandated by regional legislation (as stated in our dedicated Cancellation Policy, applicable in the European Union or certain U.S. states).

You are solely responsible for the information, photographs and messages you publish or transmit. Publishing explicit content, graphic nudity or pornography is strictly forbidden. We reserve the enforceable right to moderate, block, remove content and permanently ban any user who breaches this Agreement. Additionally, we reserve the exclusive right to suspend or cancel your account at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice or any obligation to explain the reason.

Dipla Ventures LLC does NOT conduct criminal background checks nor reviews sex offender registries of its users. We cannot guarantee the safety of your interactions. By using BBLoom, you understand that you are solely responsible for evaluating the character of the people you interact with. Dipla Ventures LLC does not ensure or guarantee profile compatibility ("matches") or dating success.

If you decide to arrange an offline, in-person meeting with another user, you assume the full 100% of the risks. Under no circumstances will we be liable for physical or emotional damages, losses, injuries or alterations that occur before, during or as a derived result of such in-person encounters.

If you believe any material hosted on BBLoom infringes your copyright, you must send a formal written notification to our designated agent, at the email address: support@bbloom.com.

BBLoom operates solely as a technology provider and meeting point (venue) for individuals to interact. We do not perform routine criminal background verification and do not guarantee the accuracy of the content presented in profiles.

You assume all risks associated with contact (online or in person) arising from the use of the Platform. Under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act (U.S.), BBLoom is not civilly or criminally liable for any interaction or act carried out by a user.

In no event will Dipla Ventures LLC or its affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

This Agreement shall be governed, interpreted and enforced under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, expressly waiving any other forum. Any dispute shall be settled in the competent courts of that State.
