BBloom Cancellation and
Refund Policy

At BBloom we are committed to complete administrative transparency and mutual understanding regarding our "freemium" model. Because we allow new Attractive Users and Successful Users to register at no cost and freely assess whether BBloom meets their expectations, except as expressly required by the consumer law applicable in your country of habitual residence (see Sections 2 and 3), ALL PURCHASES MADE, WHETHER PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP, ADDITIONAL SERVICES OR OTHER RECURRING CHARGES TO BBLOOM, ARE FINAL AND WILL NOT BE REFUNDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

We do not offer refunds, prorated credit compensation, discounts or other allowances for unused months or for payments that have properly completed their authorised billing period, regardless of how frequently the user interacted with our Platform during that cycle.

The following guidelines apply absolutely, except for the mandatory state and statutory regulations listed below.

A subscription that is not proactively cancelled renews automatically and charges the bank instrument or card on file so that premium service in BBloom is not interrupted (for example, USD 70 for the month covering the next interval).

• How to stop it: You have full control of your subscription. At any point announced before the cut-off, halt future billing by signing in, tapping "Profile Settings", navigating to "Subscription" and disabling the payment method or choosing the formal option for "Do not renew automatically".
• Ending and enjoying the last period: Stopping this process early releases you from the immediate obligation, but you keep full access to every feature until the strict expiry of the time already paid for.

Recognising the Universal Right of Electronic Withdrawal ("Right of Withdrawal"), if you hold temporary or habitual residence when lawfully entering into the subscription within an "EU" member block or "UK" territory, you enjoy the statutory right to withdraw and request an initial monetary refund during an unwaivable period of fourteen (14) full days from the first consecutive Premium registration.

• If you make use of substantial transactional benefits provided by the earlier upper tier of this voluntary Withdrawal and then request its annulment, Dipla Ventures LLC (Delaware) will retain your right to the economic return prorated in fairness to any use actually made of that paid amount.
• Required form and receipt: A documented or formal email is required, with clear notice stated to support@bbloom.com, together with the applicable legal name, email address, date and amounts, so this can be processed and reversed through the official entry point (Stripe or similar).

If you enter into this binding Agreement and are a registered resident with legal verification in California (CA), New York (NY), Ohio (OH), Arizona (AZ), Connecticut (CT), Illinois (IL), Iowa (IA), Minnesota (MN), North Carolina (NC), Wisconsin (WI) or another comparable US state framework, a predetermined and mandatory period protects your unilateral termination without penalty, to be exercised beforehand or at the strict cut-off of midnight in your final local time zone on the THIRD (3RD) BUSINESS DAY counted from the binding signature of the Premium Membership order with BBloom.

• Procedure: Please send without fail an explicit email titled "Request for Agreement Cancellation USA State Rule" to our legal officer or adjacent centre for formal notification purposes: support@bbloom.com. Monies will be fully refundable in accordance with the strict rules of the adjacent banking processing framework within a period not exceeding ten (10) regulatory days after this waiver is processed.

By accepting the Terms of Service under Dipla Ventures LLC, you acknowledge your understanding that partial restitution is strictly impossible upon closure and mandatory suspension of the user profile (Absolute Ban) in cases demonstrated and recorded by the Site's moderators or automated systems for having breached core security. No statutory cancellations or refunds of any kind apply if BBloom intervenes by removing or reversing the activity of the actor involved for infringements linked to (including but not limited to): prostitution, fraudulent extortion, malicious impersonation, stolen profiles, dissemination of explicit content or external promotion harmful to BBloom and its related clients.

The payment and acquiring gateway backs us within its dispute network through intermediation. You are urged to resolve or rectify any possible disagreement by reporting the objection beforehand: support@bbloom.com
